All extracted data, together with the related scanned documents, are stored in encrypted media on servers in the AWS cloud located in the data center on the territory of the US.
You can stop using the service at any time without any obligation. If you want to delete the account and related data, write to us at the support address. We will provide you with an archive of all stored information.
No personal information is extracted from invoices for their electronic processing. The information remains only on the scanned documents, which are archived and encrypted.
The scanned invoices can be loaded into the Billheap system from the computer, or they can be redirected to a personalized email address that you receive when you set up your account.
It is possible to export the extracted data in excel, xml or json format, then import it into your own accounting system. We can also set an API that will automatically send the extracted data to the accounting system you use.
